The first step is a quick, friendly phone call. This is where I get to know you—what matters most to your family, how you want your images to feel, and what you’re hoping to remember from this season. We’ll go over all the details together, including pricing, wardrobe guidance, styling, location options, and what to expect from the experience. I’ll also check my availability and answer any questions so you can feel confident and excited moving forward. This call sets the tone for a relaxed, thoughtful portrait experience—one designed completely around you.

2. RESERVE YOUR SESSION

Once we’ve chosen the date, time, and the type of session that best fits your needs, I’ll send you a reservation link to officially secure your spot. You’ll be able to review our studio policies and procedures and take care of the creative fee. The creative fee reserves your session and covers my time, expertise, and preparation. Products and digital images are purchased separately, allowing you to choose only what you truly love after seeing your final portraits. This step ensures your session is fully planned, confirmed, and reserved just for you.

3. EXPERIENCE THE MOMENT

This is the easy part—simply arrive and enjoy the experience. Your session is designed to feel relaxed, unhurried, and thoughtfully guided from start to finish. I’ll take care of the details, from posing and gentle direction to creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for your family and children. Whether your little one is shy, curious, or full of energy, I work at their pace to capture genuine expressions, natural moments, and the sweet in-between interactions that make your images feel meaningful and true. All you need to do is be present and enjoy watching the magic unfold.

4. YOUR REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENT

After your session, you’ll return for a personalized reveal and ordering appointment. This is where you’ll see your finished images for the first time and relive the experience all over again. I’ll guide you through selecting your favorite portraits and help you choose images that fits your home and your lifestyle—whether that’s wall art, albums, or digital images. Every order is custom, allowing you to invest in the images and products that mean the most to you. This final step ensures your images don’t just live on a screen, but become part of your home and your story.
