Santa's Magical Experience 2026

Session Fees & Deposits. Santa’s Magical Experience includes a 20-minute portrait session with Santa for a session fee of $95 plus tax per family, with a required minimum product investment of $400. This session is recommended for one or two children and a $400 deposit is due on the day of the photo session. Santa’s Legacy Experience includes a 45-minute portrait session with extended posing and interaction opportunities with Santa for a session fee of $150 plus tax per family, with a required minimum product investment of $600. This session is recommended for families with three or more children and for those purchasing a custom Storybook Album, and parents may be included in this session. Session fees are due at the time of booking, are non-refundable, and do not apply toward any portion of the product order. The minimum product investment is due on the day of the photo session. Cards and ornaments do not apply toward the minimum product investment.

PAYMENT: For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. As a small, independently owned studio, we are grateful for payment by Venmo, check, or cash whenever possible. Final payment is collected at the ordering appointment. A 3% service charge applies to credit card transactions.

PRODUCT DELIVERY:   Orders placed on or before December 1 are guaranteed to be delivered by December 25. Orders placed after December 1 are not guaranteed for delivery by December 25.

COPYRIGHT & IMAGE CARE:  All images created by Daphne’s Portrait Design remain the copyrighted work of the photographer. Your purchase includes a personal-use license for enjoying and sharing your images with family and friends. To preserve the integrity and quality of the artwork, images may not be altered, edited, filtered, or modified without written permission. This includes the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools or apps. Thank you for helping us protect the artistry and consistency of the images we create for you.  Digital files for reprinting  are not sold with Santa's Magical Experience.  However, we do provide a personalized portrait app that you can share on social media, but you will not be able to print from this app

CAMERAS:  Thank you for your trust in my talent and professionalism as I ask that you please leave the photography to me.  Please refrain from taking your own snapshots with your phone during our portrait session.  

REFUNDS: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. 

From time to time, Daphne’s Portrait Design would love to feature a few favorite images from portrait sessions to help showcase our work. This may include (but is not limited to) our website, social media, studio samples, printed marketing materials, portfolios, and educational use.

Protecting your family’s privacy is very important to us. We never use names or identifying information alongside images—ever. Your comfort comes first, and your selection below will be fully respected without exception.
